Slept reasonably late, because I didn't sleep well last night because of my cold. Got up and showered, and washed my hair. Oldest brother called while I was in the shower to say he was on his way. I dressed and hurried to the bagel place for a bagel and coffee, because my milk had gone bad.

When I opened my door I found that the Subterranean Press limited edition of Ben Aaronovitch's new Rivers of London novella, The Furthest Station that I had ordered, arrived. Yay! Can't wait to read it tonight!

When I finished breakfast at the bagel place I found that Oldest Brother had arrived, so I grabbed some stuff and we went off to Bay Terrace to see Wonder Woman. We both loved it. It is very good, a fun and exciting film. And so nice to see a female lead with male sidekicks for a change.

After the movie we went to Petco and I got a collar and tag for Bjorn. Now if he gets out again I have a hope that someone might find him and return him for the offered reward. He seems to be dealing oK with wearing it so far.

Went to late lunch/early dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings since it's right there in the same mall as Petco. Then went to Target to get more milk. While we were on our way, the FWiB called, so I talked to him for a bit while Oldest Brother napped in the car.

Then we went back to my place, collared Bjorn, gave Oldest Brother the copy of Curse of Chalion I got him at The Strand, put my air conditioner in the window, and puttered on line until it was time for me to feed the cats and Oldest Brother to go home.

My cold is drippy, I will take it easy tomorrow. Maybe call out sick Monday.

But I'm glad I saw the movie today. It was a really good day all around.
