Pretty good day

silver_chipmunkStarted with therapy, then went to work. Work went well. Then after work went to Boston Market for dinner as usual, and then to my meeting. Good meeting, I chaired about worry. A lot to think about.

2. Therapy.
3. Pretty weather.
4. Quiet day at work.
5. Spyder ate his medicated dinner though I had to encourage him.
