Changed Plans

silver_chipmunkI'm not going to go through the whole chain of events and changed plans, but the upshot is that I have taken tomorrow off from work, and Spyder is going to the vet to have his blood pressure taken. And I hope they can collect his urine specimen too, I shall ask them if they can.
At one point plans consisted of gaming atmashfanficchick's tonight, but that fell though because she thinks she might be coming down with a stomach flu, which her mother already has. But what remains from those plans is that RK is giving me a ride to the vet tomorrow. So that's good, I just need to figure out how to get Spyder and get him home at the end of the day.
Aside from tha, I found out today that work owes me some money as the result of a grievance filed by the union about they way they paid certain overtime. I can't imagine that they owe me much, but as part of it, I get my share. I'll find out on March 9th how much I get and when I get it. Truthfully, if it's more than $20 I'll be shocked. But every little bit helps.
I downloaded the next of the Ex Libris books today, and started reading it. The series isn't perfect but I like it.
And that's really all there is to say.

2. The pure white pigeon I saw with the flock near work today. Beautiful.

6. The Kid got home safely.
