Pretty good day

silver_chipmunkSlept late, then got up and puttered around until 2:30, when I got a text from mashfanficchick's mother saying she and Theo would be picking me up in half an hour. I rushed through a shower and getting dressed, and was just done when she arrived.
She took me to my drug store to pick up my prescriptions, and then we went and picked upmashfanficchick and went to take her car for an oil change. That took longer than expected, but we did eventually get out of the dealership and on our way to the Ikea mall which was our original plan. That was to let Theo play in a play area, since it's too cold to let him play in a playground.
The FWiB's phone is still out, but he got them to let him use the one at the nurses station to make a brief call, the first time we'd spoken since before Christmas. So that was nice.
We let Theo play at the mall, and then went to Blaze Pizza for dinner. And then they drove me back here where I finally got a chance to give Theo the presents from me and Oldest Brother.
And that was the day.
Tomorrow I have the carpenters supposed to be coming to fix the bathroom. Joy.
