Home again and all is well

silver_chipmunkMy trip today was not bad at all.
Skyped with the FWiB in the morning.
David brought me to the airport well in time in the afternoon.
My flight was delayed, but not by as much as they said it was going to be. We finally got boarded, and the flight itself was fine. We got in fairly close to when we were supposed to. I got my bag, and went to the train station, only to discover that I had missed a train and the next wasn't until over a half an hour later. Nothing to be done about it though.
Got back to Penn station eventually, and was met bymashfanficchick and her mother, and we went to dinner at Applebee's.
And then I came home. The front door is finally fixed. The pets are all fine.
And now it's past time for bed!
