9/11: The Wicked Day 17 years gone

So it comes round to the day again, and this year particularly poignant because it is once again a Tuesday.

The pain is dulled, but it still hurts in a dreary, gray way, a leaden sadness rather than raw ache.

All was as normal today, except due to insomnia last night I was late to work. Aside from that, I worked, called the FWiB, and went to my meeting.

And that is the sum total of the day.
