Recovering from Halloween

silver_chipmunkI didn't sleep as late as I could have considering how late I was up last night. I breakfasted and had my coffee, and then called the building management company to find out about that $128 on my rent. Didn't get through then, left a message on someone's voice mail, and also sent an e-mail. Then I started watching Daredevil.
After a couple of episodes I Skyped to the FWiB and we had a nice talk, somewhat disturbed by the fact that the WiFi at the home is crappy. But we managed OK.
Then I called the management company back and actually reached a person and yeah darn it, I really do owe that $128 because they didn't bill me for it in September when my rent was supposed to go up. So I paid my rent, and then went back to watching Daredevil.
And that's really all I did all day. I watched eight episodes total, and am now about halfway through season 2.
At 9-ish I finished episode eight and went into the bedroom to lie down, waiting to call Oldest Brother. But I texted The Kid to tell her how much I had watched, and she called me. So we had a very long conversation about Daredevil, and New York City, and how she's looking forward to coming back, and so on. She will be looking at apartments Monday. So I called Oldest Brother late but he was OK with it.
And that was my day.
