Did stuff today

silver_chipmunkI slept later than I meant to, losing the opportunity to Skype to the FWiB before he went to the track to walk. So I breakfasted and coffeed and read on the computer, and then showered and went to the Flushing Skyview mall to Target.
I went to get something for Aunt Helen's birthday, and I did, a nice double picture frame. I also while I was there got an impulse purchase, a drawer that fits under my Keurig machine and holds the K-cups. It frees up the counter space a little, and I have so little counter space that anything is a help.
Anyway, I came home and puttered on the computer, then went into the bedroom and read. Still working on The King of Scars, the new Leigh Bardugo. Stopped to play around on my phone, and was doing that when Skype on my phone started ringing and it was the FWiB! A very nice surprise.
So we talked while I went into the Bronx for my meeting. I went to Boston Market as usual and then got hot chocolate from Dunkin' Donuts to kill time. And then went to my meeting, which was very good.
Came home and that's about all.
