New Boss Day

silver_chipmunkI got up earlier than usual so I'd be sure to be on time, and I was. The new boss is OK, I haven't interacted with her enough to say more than that.
The FWiB had his assessment today and it went well, and they fill out the paperwork for the independent living situation tomorrow. So that's fantastic, hopefully he'll be out of the nursing home son.
After work we Skyped on my way to Flushing, where I got lamb over rice from the halal cart. Then proceeded to my meeting.
The meeting was very good, we had four people for the first time in awhile.
Came home and that's about all. It is hot and sticky here.
Gratitude List:
1. The FWiB hopefully getting out of the nursing home soon.
2. My meetings and the people there.
3. Air conditioning.
4. New boss so far so good.
5. Nice weather.
6. Bed soon.
