Long weekend coming up

silver_chipmunkThree day weekend because of Labor Day on Monday. We're closed on Saturday so everyone has a long weekend.
So today went quickly, it got a bit busy in the late morning but quieted down after that. I got a call from the Kid, about financial issues, and I spent my lunch hour working on that. All is well.
Also got a call frommashfanficchick asking me if she remembered correctly that I like watermelon pickle. Which I do. She's buying me a jar in Hershey, which is where she is this weekend.
After work I went to Boston Market for my dinner, and then called the FWiB. We talked while I was waiting for my meeting to start. The meeting was good, we are planning to have a get together at Wave Hill on Thursday the 12th.
And then I came home, and here I am.
Gratitude List:

3. My meetings and the people there.
