Slightly crazy day

silver_chipmunkHad one patron who got angry at another, for absolutely no good reason, and would not listen to us. Fortunately the situation resolved without incident. A couple of strange requests, too. And the kids were bouncing around. I did the teen lounge program and got 16, which is pretty good.
During my break I got a call from the Kid, she had heard frommashfanficchick that her mother's car was in the shop and could she go and pick them up? She said she couldn't because she was at work but whe wanted to know from me if Oldest Brother could. I said probably. Then I heard back from her that they were taking the train and didn't need picking up after all. So then I texted mashfanficchick to ask if I should come over to her place after work, because she owed me some money I needed back, and while we were texting, she found out that the car was going to be ready after all, so it all worked out OK.
So then after work I Skyped the FWiB, but as always seems to happen now, his WiFi booted us, so I phoned him back, and we talked til 20th ave, where I met up withmashfanficchick and her mother. We went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner, and then Carvel, and I got my money. And then we went to the bank so I could deposit it, and then they brought me home.
So this starts my mini-vacation for SHarecon, though I'm not going til Friday, I have tomorrow off thank heavens!
