silver_chipmunkGot up and coffeed and breakfasted. Then I cleaned the turtle filter again. It was quite mucky so I'm glad I did.
The Kid called, and we had a nice conversation.
Skyped the FWiB but only for half an hour because he had to go do laundry. Then I Went and started doing the large accumulation of dishes. Got most of them done by 3:00.
Previouslymashfanficchick had posted on facebook that she'd gotten free tickets from her father to a Boz Scaggs concert, and did anyone want to go with her? I said yes, though I wasn't too familiar with Boz Scaggs. So she said unless anyone more interested in him said yes we'd go. And no one did.
So at 3:00 I stopped doing dishes and showered and dressed. and they picked me up at 4:00. We ate at a place called Burger Village that sells exotic burgers. I had a salmon burger that was delicious.
And then we went to the concert and it was really nice. I wasn't too familiar, like I said, with him, but it's the type of music I like, so i really enjoyed it.
After the concert we went to a diner for dessert. I had cheesecake.
And now it's time for bed.
