Late to work

I don't know why, I was up in time, but everything seemed to take an extra bit longer than it should have, so I got to the bus stop late. Then the next bus didn't show up. I've got to stop this.

I got there in time to do the reading in the nursing home, which went well. The Kid called while we were leaving to get there. and I talked to her. She had heard from the SIL, and he came over tonight to pick up his Green Card. She asked me for help with Christmas shopping, and of course I said yes.

The rest of the day went well and I did the gaming program, got 15.

Skyped the FWiB on the way home, and after I got here. Then the Kid called again and we discussed Christmas presents. Then She had to go because he was coming over.

She called me back after, and discussed what had happened. I am a little bit more hopeful that things can be worked out now. Those of my flist who are praying people, please say one for them.

Weatherwise, it was an awful day and my feet were soaked by the time I got home. Blech.
