Woke up at 10:30 or so, which is reasonable for me, but then I fell back to sleep til 12:30 or so. Fortunately I didn't have anything scheduled for the morning.

I got up and showered and dressed and took out my garbage. I walked around the corner and went to the small grocery and got milk and cereal and green tea ice cream. Not the brand I had been getting, in the quart containers, but a different brand, in a pint. They didn't have the other. I hope this is as good.

Then I went to the bagel shop and got a bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll. Came back, and ate and had coffee.

The FWiB and I had an e-mail issue for a few hours, we weren't getting each others, but it worked out finally. He Skyped me and we had a nice talk.

Then I went to the YA Afternoon Tea, the only work thing I did today. It was interesting. I should hear about the idea I submitted for a virtual program some time next week I guess.

After the Tea, I puttered on line for awhile, and added a Barnes and Noble gift card I got for Christmas and forgot about to my Nook. Then I downloaded a Holly Black novella, Lost Girls, to it. I finished Deathcaster last night, and decided to get the third in the Holly Black series that starts with The Cruel Prince next. Then I discovered this novella, which comes after the first book, so I figured I had to read that first. It's quite good. Now I've started the book, The Queen of Nothing.

Had my Al-anon meeting at 7:00, worked out well. But they didn't extend the time this time. So we got cut off at 45 minutes. We didn't have the 8:00 one, so i thought I'd get to see the Thurber reading, but he cancelled for tonight too.

So I went and read til Oldest Brother called, and that was my day.

Gratitude List:

1. The FWiB.

2. My meetings and the people there.

3. Good books.

4. FantasticFiction.com

5. Air conditioning.

6. Barnes and Noble.
