Did very little

silver_chipmunkSlept late-ish, after being up late last night.
Got up, had breakfast and coffee, and puttered around on-line. Went and read for awhile, then Skyped the FWiB. I had put in a Shipt order, it came while we were talking.
Went and read more. I finished the InCryptid book. It's the last one that's actually been printed, the next is coning out in February. And this one, unlike all the others, ends on a freaking cliffhanger. Well, I already pre-ordered the next one, so it won't be like the Barbara Hambly thing where I read the second book when it came out, and didn't get to the third ill years later.
Anyway, after i finished the book I got up and did a partial water change for the turtle. I should really have changed it all, but I just didn't feel up to it. So I took out three buckets and put in four clean.
There was no Thurber reading tonight, so I read some of the short stories that are on line for the InCryptid series. She put the ones that aren't published elsewhere on line. I still have more of those to go, so that will be my reading for the next day or so, though I have to read them on my computer, not the Nook. I think I could load them on my Nook, but I don't know how and am disinclined to experiment.
Oldest Brother called during the day, Aunt Helen is in the hospital again, or at least, they took her today, don't actually know if she was admitted or treated and sent home. Her fluid levels are high apparently.
I called him tonight, no new news. The Kid called while we were talking, she went on a date today, but there was no spark, so she had fun but that's all.
And that's all the news.
