Talked to the Kid

silver_chipmunkgot up this morning and got dressed and took out my garbage and then went to the store for hand soap and to the bagel place to get breakfast. Came home and made coffee and ate.
Then Skyped the FWiB, and we had a nice talk for about an hour. Then did my reading on-line, and then went into the bedroom to read. Read for a bit, and the Kid called.
We ended up talking, not about anything in particular, for over 5 hours! We both just put our phones on speaker and went about our day, doing stuff and talking.
She sent me a letter on her new stationery, with a picture. That encouraged me to order some stationery of my own to go with what I already had, my beautiful unicorn stuff. I also ordered sealing wax, and a seal, and a new fountain pen. So I will start writing letters again I think.
After that, while still talking to her, I started cleaning out the inside of my desk. I got rid of a lot of stuff, but it's still pretty full of things. And I only looked at the bottom drawer, and got rid of a little from there. But it's a start.
Anyway, I ordered a Shipt delivery and got that while we were talking too.
Finally I ordered dinner from Seamless, and when that was delivered we got off the phone and ate. It was a very nice time.
After I ate, I went to the bedroom to read til it was time to call Oldest Brother. He is coming over tomorrow.
Fed the pets, and that's the day.
