Interesting Day cause of Tropical Storm Isias

Made it to work on time, and started working. It rained heavily last night, but wasn't raining when I went to work. Then it started raining heavily around 11. Then we got the e-mail... due to inclement weather, we were closing at 12:00 noon.

So we headed home, and my seal and sealing wax had arrived. I puttered around working from home til 6:00. Then I Skyped the FWiB. We had a nice talk, and by the time we got off it was time to do my Zoom Al-anon meeting. It was a step meeting.

Then after that the Kid called me, but I was just about to eat dinner. So she got off and went to pick up her laundry and I had dinner.

Then I got ready to use my seal. I had the three letters I wrote, and I got out the seal and wax. I found my matches and called the Kid back. And she and I talked while I sealed my letters. The unicorn seal looks really nice.

The Kid and I kept talking til Oldest Brother called. His building lost power in the storm.

I got back on the line to the Kid, and she had mashfanficchick on the line too, so we're having a three-way conversation. It's interesting and fun.
