Didn't do much today. The Kid didn't want me to come over, which I was hoping she would, so I just spent the day shlepping around.

Slept late, got up and clled the Kid, then had breakfast and coffee. I did my internet reading, put in a Shipt order, and then Skyped the FWiB. He's fine.

Then Betsy sent me a link to an old 30 minute black and white movie from 1964 about Newsday and Long Island and the intertwining of the two. There was a brief glimpse of my father 11 minutes in! It was when they were talking about the positions in the paper, and described him as a "rewrite man". I took a screenshot and saved it, and I'm going to put it on my digital picture frame. I sent the link to Oldest Brother and the Kid, and the screenshot too. So that was really cool.

I also played on Discord, talked to one of the other posters using the video function. That was interesting.

Aside from that, I made mac and cheese for dinner, and I had a Zoom chat with the Kid for an hour, which was really nice.

Then I called Oldest Brother and we talked. He spoke to Middle Brother today, and his lockdown will be over a week from yesterday, assuming no one else gets sick. Then I fed Oreo and Christie. And that was the day.

Tomorrow is work from home. Blah.

Gratitude List:

1. The FWiB.

2. The chance to see my father and save a picture.

3. The Kid.

4. Oldest Brother.

5. Zoom.

6. Middle Brother OK.
