Another low key day

silver_chipmunkThis was supposed to be the day of my poetry discussion, but no one registered for it. Aside from that the day was pretty normal. I got to work on time and worked.
Then I came home and Skyped the FWiB. I didn't come straight home though, I went up to the little grocery store and got some honeydew melon flavored ice cream, because this is National Dessert Day and I wanted some dessert.
Anyway, as i said, I Skyped the FWiB, which was good as always, and then I had dinner, including the ice cream for dessert.
And then I waited for Oldest Brother to call. Nothing much new there.
Hed the pets, and I think I'm going to call the Kid after this.
Gratitude List:
1. The FWiB.
2. Congenial co-workers.
3. Beautiful weather today.
4. Ice cream.
5. Quiet day.
6. Good food.
