Blustery day

silver_chipmunkVery windy day. It was raining a bit when i went to work, and very windy, the rain got worse later.
Work was very quiet, our guard didn't show up, so I had to call and get another for the day, but that was the only thing to remark about it.
I heard from Flamingo, my second bit of writing was received and is going in, and the Advent calendar opens tomorrow!
I came home and Skyped the FWiB, nothing new there. Oh, I got my first Christmas card in the mail, from Laurie and family. Also got my new IDNYC, which looks pretty much like the old one. I don't need it since I have a state ID, but it's nice to have.
Ate dinner, more leftovers. I finished up the mashed potatoes, not much else left.
Oldest Brother called, all is well with him.
