Meeting day

silver_chipmunkWorked from home. During lunch I communicated by e-mail with the guy from the rehab who did the disability application, and he was very helpful. We still don't know what's going on with the application though. I also sent a message to the rehab to have someone contact me about Oldest Brother's therapy.
After work I Skyped the FWiB, and we had a nice talk, right up until it was time for me to get off and start my Al-anon meeting. The meeting went very well.
After that I had dinner, and then called Oldest Brother for the third time. I didn't get through the first time, so I read for awhile then tried again and got through. Then I called the Kid, and we talked till it was time to feed the pets, and I did that, and now I'm doing this.
Last night the new Seanan Maguire book, Calculated Risks, that I preordered was supposedly available to download, but I couldn't get it to. I wasted a lot of time while I should have been sleeping trying to get it. Today it was available, though I had to download it manually, it didn't do it automatically like it should have. It was the same thing with the last preorder I got, Serpentine. Very annoying.
