Working Saturday

silver_chipmunkNot much to say about it. I scheduled a program for the 25th on haiku, and that's about all. Got to go in late because of the time I worked yesterday, sleeping late was nice.
Came home and called Oldest Brother. Then Skyped the FWiB. A really nice time.
After that I had dinner, and then I did something I should have done months ago... I started taking down the Christmas decorations. Yes, they are still up and it's June. I just haven't had the strength or heart. Oldest Brother always helped me take them down. we made a little ceremony of it almost. Now everything but the tree is down. Of course that's the biggest part. It HAS to be done by Thursday, when I have the guy from Verizon coming, he can't do the wiring with a Christmas tree in the way.
Anyway, after I did as much as I did, I rewarded myself with ice cream, and then went to the bedroom and called Oldest Brother again. Then I called the kid, but she didn't pick up again. I believe she's out with Brianne and some of her friends doing a winery on the East End. Hope they're being careful.
mashfanficchick called, we made plans for tomorrow, I'm going over to her place to help out and hang out.
Then i fed the pets and here I am.
