Day of doing nothing

silver_chipmunkSlept late and finally got up and had breakfast and puttered on-line. Got a facebook message from Mari S from upstate, that was nice.
Then I went to the bedroom and scrolled through facebook on my phone, played solitaire, and that's about it.
Then i Skyped the FWIB. We had a bad connection again, bad enough that we discussed switching to using Zoom rather than Skype. Of curse, if the problem is on his end of things, then Zoom may not be any better than Skype. We'll see how it goes.
Meanwhile, I have lost so much hair that I decided after we Skyped to look up head wrap methods on youtube, and I got some good methods. I'm wearing one now.
Had dinner, and then called Middle Brother. He's doing fine. Played solitaire till it was time to call Oldest brother for the third time. I am strongly considering getting him a cheap tablet to use to go online there. I'm thinking of an Amazon Fire. Anyone have any recommendations for something under $200?
Got a text frommashfanficchick, they are on their way home from New Jersey. Ze is supposed to call me around 11-ish. Called the kid, but she was in the car and couldn't talk.
Came out to feed the pets, and had my ice cream left over from Wednesday.
And that's about all there is to say. Except it's International Cat Day. Cuddle your kitties!
