silver_chipmunkStarted out by seeping a little later than I intended. Then when mashfanficchick called to invite me to join zer at Bryant Park, I got up and got ready.
Then I went over to Oldest Brother's nursing home and with great difficulty got Skype set up on his tablet. We tested it out and it works. So that's taken care of in case we can't meet in person Christmas Eve.
Thenmashfanficchick and zer mother picked me up there and we went to the Bryant Park Holiday Market, though forst we stopped at Rite Aid to pick up my prescriptions. Then the Market. First we ate lunch (late) and then I got another present for the Kid, and that was a Gppd Thing cause I was short about one.
After several hours there, we went to the Strand. I have discovered that I have been missing something by never going to the Occult and Paranormal section, they have a lot of cool books there.
After the Strand we walked to a restaurant called Cava and had dinner. I called Middle Brother from there. Then I called Oldest Brother.
We went to a pastry place, and en route i called the kid. She asked if we could pick up a gallon of milk and a dozen eggs and bring them to her, and the consensus was yes. Then we went to the pastry place and got dessert.
Came back to Queens and went to Fair trade in Astoria for the milk and eggs and also gluten-free flour and brought them to the Kid. She gave me a half dozen gingerbread cookies, which are yummy.
They brought me home and now I've fed the pets and I'm writing here. Bed soon.
