Got it done

silver_chipmunkI finally took down my Christmas tree today (don't judge me!).
Slept late, then had breakfast and coffee. Calledmashfanficchick to see if we were doing anything today; we weren't. So I puttered online, and then Skyped the FWiB, for two hours! That took me to somewhere after 4:00, so I puttered on the computer till 5 when I called Oldest Brother for the second time.
Then after that I took the plunge and took down the Christmas tree and put everything away. I feel much better now, it was really getting to me having it up in March! All is safely packed, nothing got broken, and the room looks much bigger now! It was exhausting and I took several breaks during the process, but it is done now.
After that I decided to reward myself by ordering sushi through Seamless. It came very early, and the guy didn't come to the door, I had to go outside to get it. But it was very good. And I had my second sundae from Carvel for dessert.
After that it was just time to call Middle Brother, and I got some good news from hi, Meadowglen, his day program, is reopening tomorrow, after being closed for two years due to Covid. He is very excited.
Called Oldest Brother and told him the good news, then called the Kid and told her. We talked for a bit, and then I got to reading The hidden Palace again.
Read till it was time to feed the pets, and now here I am.
