silver_chipmunkGot up and breakfasted and coffeed, then went to College Point to my tax preparer, the same one I've gone to for years now.His prices have gone up to $150 now but it's still a bargain. Anyway, I got my taxes done, and I'm getting a nice refund, so all is well.
Calledmashfanficchick when I finished and we agreed they'd pick me up at 1:30 or so. Which left me enough time to get my face waxed at Pink Nail, which I like to do when I can. Since we stopped having the Tuesday meeting in person, I'm not in College Point any more though, I should find a new place to get waxed.
Anyway, I went home and puttered on the computer tillmashfanficchick and zer mother picked me up. We wentand ate lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings, and then went to target. While we were there, Denise called me, they got a new flight and they are going to be here tomorrow, so we can get the car taken care of.
After target we went to Home Goods and I got the cutest sea turtle shaped bowls, two of them, one for me and one to give to the Kid for her birthday. Then we went to Stop and Shop, nd finally Party City, where I got an Easter basket for Middle Brother.
Then we went to zer mother's house, and finally we spent quite a lot of time cleaning out their car. I called Oldest Brother for the third time while we were doing that, and then I called the Kid.
While we were on the way to the house we saw the most amazing rainbow. It only lasted for about five minutes but it was the brightest, most vivid rainbow I've ever seen. Gorgeous.
Anyway, after we cleaned out the car it was pretty late and we went inside and ordered dinner. We got pho, which is meat and vegetables and broth and noodles, and very delicious.
Then they brought me home, and here I am. Sadly no chance to Skype the FWiB tonight. He went to bed early, before I got home.
