Another visit to Oldest Brother

silver_chipmunkGot up and had breakfast and coffee. Made decaf by accident so I had to make another cup of regular. Then showered and washed my hair and got dressed, and went to visit Oldest Brother.
Brought him the tablet back, and my printed out fanfiction, and the two Penric and Desdemona compilations. Last night I pre-ordered the third one to give him for Christmas. I stayed for two hours then came home. Stopped at the drug store first and picked up my prescriptions.
I had left my nook charging because it died last night during the most exciting part of Orphans of Raspay. So by the time I got back it was done charging and I finished off reading it. Then I Skyped the FWiB, and also texted with cousin Laurie, more stuff about the cottage finances.
After I finnished Skyping, I paid the cottage electric bill, and sent round an e-mail saying so and also asking about the books in plastic bins and the lack of one couch in the living room. I got a fairly unfriendly reply from Betsy, but I answered cheerfully.
I cleaned the filter for the turtle tank, and have had some issues trying to get it set up again. It's making weird noises.
I went to the bedroom and read the first Penric and Desdemona story, which is the last I hadn't reread. I got up and made myself some popcorn, and ate that, then finished reading the story. By that time it was time to call Middle Brother. He went to a restaurant yesterday which made him happy.
Then I made dinner and ate it, and then called Oldest Brother for the third time. I called the kid too but she didn't pick up, I wasn't really expecting her to. She and Vincent went to bury poor Birb today.
Got a text frommashfanficchick which was nice. I facebooked Barry K but haven't gotten an answer.
