Pissed at my boss

Got an e-mail from my boss this morning about the incident report I wrote after having to throw the barred patron out the other day. Not that I handled it wrong or anything. She just didn't like it that I called the SIO and asked him what to do... apparently this meant I didn't read my email as there had been an email from the SIO saying what to do if she came in. So I was pretty pissed and replied that I do read my email, knew what to do, and had done exactly what I was supposed to do except I called the SIO first. She called me into her office and reamed me out that it made her look bad that I asked him what to do. So apparently the whole thing came down to the word ask. If I had just said I called him that would have been fine apparently. I don't know if she actually got flack herself from our micromanaging AD, of if she's just being paranoid. But she handled the whole thing badly, and I am righteously pissed.

I was in a dudgeon all day, and glad to get home. I called Oldest Brother the second time, and then Skyped the FWiB. After we got off I called Middle Brother who is fine. And then I had dinner.

By the time I finished it was time to call Oldest Brother again, and then I called the Kid. She is fine too.

Puttered on my phone, fed the pets, and now am doing this.

mashfanficchick and zer mother did not come back today as planned, they are coming back Saturday.
