Accidentally stabbed myself in the hand

silver_chipmunkOverslept but made the bus on time, so I had enough time when I got to work to go to the deli nd buy half and half. Weeded two shelves of non-fiction in the morning. In the afternoon I had my Teen Lounge and I got about 17 kids, so that's good.
After work I came home and got some cheese and crackers to eat and managed to stab my right hand on the knife I was using, a sharp paring knife. It bled quite a bit but I got it stopped and put some Neosporin on it and a Band-aid. Then I called Oldest Brother, and then Skyped the FWiB before my meeting.
The meeting was small but good. Afterward I had dinner. I was going to callmashfanficchick but ze called me first, so we made plans for tomorrow. Then I called Oldest Brother for the third time. The Kid had texted me earlier, she went to bed early because of her cold.
The new turtle tank filter arrived this morning, so I unpacked it and investigated it. I don't want to install it tonight because I do not want to soak a new puncture wound in the turtle tank. That's just begging for an infection.mashfanficchick said ze would install it if it was simple to do and I may take zer up on that tomorrow.
Meanwhile I am charging my Nook now and after I finish here will go and read a little before bed. Tomorrow I should hopefully be free of this damn earwax impaction.
