silver_chipmunkI decided last night that one way or another I wanted to see Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny today. I offered to treat mashfanficchick but ze still wasn't up to anything, which is worrisome. So I decided to go alone, at 6:30, and ordered a ticket through fandango.
Anyway. I put in a Shipt order and then Skyped the FWiB. We had a nice time, though my order came while we were talking and I had to put it away.
Then I puttered online, and finally took a shower and dressed. Puttered in my bedroom till 5:30, then left for the theater.
Took the 25 bus, it's only three stops and a walk across a large parking lot. Called Oldest Brother for the second time, and Middle Brother early, from the lobby. Then got a slice of pizza for late lunch, and went and took my seat.
The theater was nearly empty! The movie is very good, I will not give any spoilers, but it was fun. Not as good as either the original one, or Final Crusade, but quite good.
Afterward I took the bus back, and then called Oldest Brother and then the Kid. Then I Skyped the FWiB again for just a little bit.
Heard frommashfanficchick who texted about DC Slash Con which is this weekend. I hadn't
even thought to sign up, but registration was still open and only $15, so I signed up and paid, and we are making plans for tomorrow.
So that was the day. I fed the pets and made something for dinner, and now the Kid wants me to get an air filter for the apartment. She worries about me.
