Plans changed today

silver_chipmunkI got a call from the Kid at around 9:30, she had an unexpected delivery of wine coming and need someone to sign for it. Sje called mashfanficchick and zer mother and they agreed to take me over and I agreed to go. Which meant that I missed my Al-anon meeting but oh well.
So we got there, the wine had been delivered and signed for by... someone. We were afraid it was stolen but no, it was right there. So we brought it to her apartment and then went to Target for last minute shopping.
Plans were then for both of us to spend the day wrapping, and to take the gifts over to the Kid's place tonight.
I did indeed spend the day wrapping. But plans change and now it looks like we will have to make two trips tomorrow, one with the gifts and one with me and Middle Brother. We shall see how things work out.
I Skyped the FWiB and had a good time.
That's about all. I am wiped from all the wrapping.

3. The bagel with lox spread I had for breakfast.
4. No news from Oldest Brother in the hospital is probably good.
