Another bad morning

silver_chipmunkAnd this one was really bad, though I have the excuse that I woke up in the middle of the night and was awake for a long time. But no matter, I was an hour and forty minutes late.
Needless to say the day went fast from there. I put up a Black history Month display.
Got a text frommashfanficchick at the end of the day about getting together in the evening, so I called zer and made plans.
Ze and zer mother picked me up at my place and we went to Target and to Shop Rite.
Then we went out to dinner at California Pizza Kitchen. That was very nice though a bit pricey.
Came home, and discovered that the cat had at some point zoomed across the living room and careered into the cord of the laptop, knocking the laptop askew and taking a bunch of stuff off the coffee table. He also managed to break an ornament from the Christmas tree. (Yes, my Christmas tree is still up.) I'm sorry about the ornament, it was a plain gold ball, but one of my parents old ones and almost certainly older than me.
Anyway, I straightened out the computer and Skyped the FWiB. He is doing better, though still not seen a doctor.
The Kid texted me during the day, she's having fun.
