Reading day

silver_chipmunkI slept latish, then got up for breakfast and coffee. After that I went back to the bedroom and went back to reading The Ghost Orchid. i read until 2:00, then came out to the living room again to wait for my therapy call.
That was good. After that I went back to the bedroom and finished the book. It is as good as all the Alex Delaware books. I love them.
Then I discovered that the most recent Janet Evanovitch Stephanie Plum mystery is only $2.99 for the Nook, must have been a special sale or something. So I downloaded that and started reading it. It's called Dirty Thirty.
Read that 'til 4:30, and then got up, showered and dressed, and went to the Bronx for my Al-anon meeting and dinner. I took my newest Al-anon book, which arrived in the mail today.
Had pizza for dinner because it is National Pizza Day. First time in a very long time I've had pizza other than Lean Cuisine.
The Kid called which I was on my way to the meeting. We had a nice conversation.
The meetings were very good, and we had a new person. Someone brought donuts, and I had too many.
Got the bus home, and Skyped the FWiB. We had a good time until his cough got bad enough he had to get off. I am glad he's seeing the pulmonologist on Monday.
That's about all. Going to read some more before bed if there's time.
