Horrible weather

silver_chipmunkIt was raining a little bit when I left for work. I made it to the bus on time, and the bus was late, and I ended up being five minutes late for work and it wasn't my fault! I put in for a transit delay verification.
Work was very quiet again because of the weather, except for, again eclipse glasses. I did the teen Lounge and only got two kids.
By quitting time the rain was torrential. There was some pretty impressive thunder too. I got to my bus stop drenched and then the bus never came. At around 6:45 I gave up and got an Uber. I was soaked through to skin by then and freezing. I put in a Shipt order on my phone from the car. The FWiB called me because all his email to me was going to my spam folder and I didn't respond to it.
Got home, and changed into my pajamas. Then I Skyped the FWiB for the little time we had left before my Pathfinder game.
The Pathfinder game was good, we explored the tower, and broke for the night after rescuing a captured cyclops. The Shipt order arrived as we were playing, but I just put the milk and yogurt in the fridge and got back to the game.
After the game I ate dinner and fed the pets. Now it's time for bed.
The Kid and her boyfriend are taking me out for a belated birthday dinner on Sunday.
