Skipped my meeting today

silver_chipmunkI was up too late last night reading so I overslept and missed my meeting. I finally got up and got breakfast. while I was getting it, the podiatrist's office called. The doctor only gave me a three visit referral. I need to get another referral before they can see me again. So I'll have to call on Monday about that, and I rescheduled the appointment for Thursday. I called mashfanficchick and told zer and we changed plans.
It was announced that the first hour of the Starsky and Hutch chat today would be a memorial to Dawn. We went to that, and it went for three hours instead of one. There was much to say and discuss. A fandom version of a wake. After the discussion part was over,mashfanficchick and zer mother picked me up. It was dinner time by then.
We went out to Long island to Noodles and Co for dinner. Yummy as always. Then we went to Roosevelt Field and walked around for about an hour. Ze had to get a birthday present for zer father. Eventually we got ice cream and gave up.
We came back to Queens, to the Target near me and shopped for more time, I got a bottle of sugar free fruit punch. Then we went to Buffalo Wild Wings so ze could pick up a gift card, and then they brought me home.
I fed the pets and then Skyped the FWiB for the first time in two days, which was nice. Though we couldn't talk long cause it's late.
After this I'll go to bed and continue reading Unnatural Death, which was delivered yesterday.
