Meeting night

silver_chipmunkGot up a little earlier than usual, though not much. Had breakfast and coffee, then texted mashfanficchick to find out if anything was up today.
It wasn't, so I spent most of the day puttering around doing nothing, though I did have a text conversation with the Kid.
At 4 I got up and took a shower and washed my hair. I decided to forgo the use of the shower stool I've been using since I broke my foot and stood in the shower for the first time since April. Not counting the two days at Bard.
After that i dressed, and went to my Al-anon meeting in the Bronx. I got a bus almost immediately which was not overcrowded!
I went to the pizza place and had my two slices plus green iced tea. Then the meeting, which was very good.
Came home afterward, got a ride to the bus stop from L. Then I Skyped the FWiB. We had a nice time.
Then I fed the pets, and here I am.
Gratitude List:
1. The FWiB.
2. The Kid.
3. My meetings and the people there.
4. Pizza.
5. Sunflowers and tiger lilies.
6. NYC mass transit.
Edited to add: I forgot to say, fanfiction.net was up and down all day for me. Anyone else having trouble with it?
