silver_chipmunk | Long night, short day

I couldn't sleep last night. I read until 2, which I think is quite reasonable, and then I couldn't sleep. I tossed and turned for hours. and couldn't sleep.

I finally got up a bit before 7 and had breakfast, but not coffee. Then I went to bed again, and finally was able to sleep. I slept for a long time after that. and it was considerably after 12 when I got up.

I called

mashfanficchick to see if there was anything going on today, and I called the Kid.

Then finally I got up and had coffee, and puttered online.

I puttered most of the day, then went to the bedroom again to read until it was time to Skype the FWiB.

We Skyped for a nice long time, and then I ate my leftover sundae from Wednesday for dinner. Then I went back and continued reading. I'm working on The Unpleasantness at the Bellona Club, the Peter Wimsey book. I need to order the next ones in the series.

Then it was pet feeding time, and here I am.
