Got to the drug store

silver_chipmunkI slept much better last night. Then I woke up around 11, got out of bed around 12 after puttering on the phone for the better part of the hour.
I breakfasted and had coffee and calledmashfanficchick to see if they were doing anything today, Ze said they'd let me know by 4, so at 3 I took a shower and got dressed. The answer at 4 was no, zer mother didn't feel good so they weren't doing anything.
So I went out and took the 44 bus to the Duane Reade that now handles my prescriptions and picked up the most recent ones. I also bought a thing of powder because my oncologist suggested I use it to keep under my breasts dry.
Then I went across the street to the Coco bubble tea place. I wanted one of their new pina colada slushies but they were out so i got mango instead. It was delicious.
Took the 20 bus home. Got in and had a snack. Then went and read until 7 when I Skyped the FWiB.
At 8 I had my Al-anon meeting. That was good, M was there which was reassuring. The meeting was good.
Afterward I had dinner, and went into the bedroom meaning to read (I finished The Unpleasantness at the Bellona Club last night, and now I'm reading Hero's Song by Edith Pattou) but ended up just scrolling Facebook on my phone.
Came out at pet feeding time and here i am. Think I'll call the Kid after i finish here.
Gratitude List:

2. Got my scrips filled.

6. Ordered the next three Lord Peter Wimseys last night.
