Again seeing Oldest Brother

silver_chipmunkI slept a lot later than I intended to today. Finally got up, ate breakfast and had coffee, and called mashfanficchick to see if anything was up. Nothing much.
So I did my internet reading, and at 3 I took a shower, dressed and went to see Oldest Brother.
He was more awake than yesterday, and about as good as he's been. There's no news coming to me as to what's going on, he's still on antibiotics though. I stayed for about an hour and we had a pretty nice visit.
Then instead of taking the bus back I walked over to the Carvel across the street and indulged in their "Wednesday is Sundae" BOGO. I ate the one sundae there, then took an Uber home to get there faster so the other wouldn't melt.
I got here and it was a bit past 6. I put my sundae away, and puttered online, including ordering two Harris for President buttons from the campaign, since my Biden/Harris button is now out of date.
At 7 I Skyped the FWiB and we had a nice talk. Then at 8 I went to my D&D game. We mostly role played, but there was some action, and we stopped just after rolling initiative for an upcoming fight which we'll do next week. So it was a lot of fun.
It was pet feeding time so I fed the pets and had some food myself.
Then I collected the screwdriver which I had ordered from Amazon yesterday and which was delivered today. But it was too big for the purpose I needed it for, which was unscrewing the battery compartment on the Lite Brite Mini that I bought awhile ago. So I got out my power screwdriver and used a Phillips head bit from that, and it worked. So now I have that set up to use when I'm bored.
Now I'm going to go to bed and read more of The House on the Cerulean Sea, which i am enjoying.
