There were about 40 people there, give or take, mostly women but one or two men. He had a lot of interaction with the audience, everyone who wanted to got to talk to him. He started with a meditation exercise that was very relaxing. It wasn't specifically Buddhist, but I think it does influence him. He spoke about anger and fear, depression and grief, and it was mostly stuff I would agree with, like anger is based on fear, but I think he was too glib about welcoming fear for the opportunities for change that it brings. I enjoyed it, as I said, but I don't know if I'll go to another.
