The Kid called me around 2 last night to tell me things weren't going well. Then she texted me when it was done. I cried.

This morning I deliberately slept until almost 1. Then I got up and had breakfast and coffee, and called

mashfanficchick. Since there was nothing going on with zer today, I binge-watched The Diplomat on Netflix all day.

I had called the Kid and gotten no answer but she called me back and we talked a bit. She's hanging on.

Went back to The Diplomat til a bit before 7 and then paused and Skyped the FWiB. He got me laughing at least.

I went to my D&D game at 8 only to discover it was cancelled due to mutual trauma. So I called

mashfanficchick again and made plans for tomorrow, then had dinner, and went back to The Diplomat.

At 10 it was pet feeding time so I fed the pets, and started here, and after I finish I shall go back to The Diplomat.
