Oh, I was actually in Al-Anon for a while, and found it very helpful. I stopped going to meetings because of the pandemic, and also because the meeting I was in was too "positive" and not specific enough. The problems that family addictions have caused in my life are often pretty...logistical, like I spent a lot of my life dodging fall out from various addiction-related behaviors, and didn't know how to do certain things. So I was looking for practical ways to solve problems, and at least the meeting I was in at the time was a bit too fuzzy. ...I don't know if that is a question, exactly.
