Some good news

silver_chipmunkGot up this morning at 10, had breakfast and coffee and showered and dressed.
The Kid picked me up before 11 and I made it to the oncologist only a little late. I had blood tests, and then saw the doctor. And the good news is, my CT scans were good and I can have the port out!
Then I had it flushed for what should be the last time, and I am glad about that because there was some trouble getting it done.
Anyway, the Kid brought me home, we didn't have sushi, alas, she is dieting.
I calledmashfanficchick and told zer, and discussed plans for tomorrow.
Then I called the surgeon. She will get back to me when she hears from the oncologist. Which I think she should already have done, I think I may have to straighten out some things myself. If I haven't heard back by Friday I'll call her.
Then I puttered online, and played a couple of games of Bookworm. I got to level 15 in the second game!
Then it was time to Skype the FWiB. We talked until 8 when I went to my D&D game, which was a lot of fun. We defeated the evil dwarf lord. I helped by casting Tasha's Hideous Laughter on him.
Then I fed the pets and had dinner. and calledmashfaficchick again.
And now here I am.
