Staying over again

silver_chipmunkGot up at 9:00 and had breakfast and coffee, then showered and dressed, and went to my Al-anon meeting by the bus. Got there just in time. It was a good meeting, we even had a few newcomers. Went to the diner afterward, got a ride from C.
Had a bacon, egg and cheese on a roll, and coffee. Then took the 13 bus to the nursing home to see Oldest Brother. He's in a nice private room, small but quiet. I stayed about an hour. He was physically very good, and mentally pretty good. He used his voice more than he has been, which I consider progress of a sort.
After that I walked home and packed for staying withmashfanficchick tonight. I had to hurry because I needed to get to the Duane Reade on the way by 6:00 in order to pick up a prescription. I made it by 5:30.
The weird thing is, they had not just the prescription that I had filled, but also fills on my two antidepressants, which I just had filled not too long ago and which I certainly shouldn't have been getting again already. Weird. I only took the one I was expecting. Then I headed over tomashfanficchick's.
Got here and helped zer find zer missing keys, and then settled in to hanging out. Eventually we watched the remaining two episodes of Dr. Odyssey. I am liking the series quite a bit now, especially since I found there is a crossover planned with 911 in March.
After that we had dinner, Mediterranean food. Very tasty. After that I Skyped the FWiB on my phone for a while, not long because it was late.
And now I've borrowed zer laptop for this.
