silver_chipmunkGot up at 9:00 and had breakfast and coffee, showered and dressed, and went to my Al-anon meeting. Took the 28 bus. I thought I was going to be late but I got lucky, a bus came almost immediately after I got to the stop, so I was on time.
The meeting was very good, but no one went to the diner afterward, so I just came home. Waited an awfully long time for the bus, and of course then two came. I got on the first one and it was very crowded. but I got a seat.
I stopped on the way home and got a bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll from the bagel shop, since I hadn't gone to the diner.
Anyway, I finally got home, ate my food, and tried to get on the Starsky and Hutch episode watch and chat. The computer was acting up and I had trouble with the Zoom, but finally I got on just in time to catch to opening of the episode, The Omaha Tiger.
So that was fun, and the chat afterward went to 5:00, a little earlier than usual but Matsir was going out.
John emailed me the bill for the cottage property tax, so I paid that out of the cottage account. I have to start putting money in, but not everything I owe all at once. I'll start on installments and see if I get a good tax refund when I do my taxes, and make up the bulk from that.
At 7:00 the FWiB and I tried to Team, and had technical difficulties getting through. But we finally did, and had a nice time for an hour and a half.
Then I made dinner, and ate, and I had just finished when John and Denise called. We talked for about an hour and a half too, about all sorts of things, it was very good to talk to them.
Then it was past pet feeding time, so the pets got fed late. And then I started here.
So it was a very good day, aside from not going to the diner, but that meant I was able to see the whole Starsky and Hutch episode, so six of one, half dozen of the other.
