Day in the city

silver_chipmunkGot up this morning at 9:30 and had breakfast and coffee, then showered and dressed, and packed for the coming days at mashfanficchick's.
First I took the 44 bus into Flushing and went to Duane Reade to get a prescription filled. That took about 15 minutes. Then I took the subway tomashfanficchick's.
I dropped off my luggage, including the computer, and we went into Manhattan. We took the E train but the E was running on the F line uptown so not going to Penn Station which was the area we had to go to. So we went to 14th Street and took the L back to the E downtown to Penn Station.
When we got there we were both starving so we went into the Moynihan Train Hall Food Court. We got food from a hot pastrami place. It was delicious.
Then we went to the place where ze was getting zer computer from, and got the computer.
Then ze looked up where there was a nearby Whole Foods and we got hot food to take back to zer place for dinner later.
An then we took the E train back. When we got here it was just after 6:00 so ze took a nap and I set up the computer and got ready to Team the FWiB.
We talked for a bit over an hour and a half. I called Middle Brother at 8:30 as usual. He is fine and looking forward too St. Patrick's Day. Also the first day of spring.
After I got off with the FWiB, we had dinner. Then we put Top Gun:Maverick and watched that. It's pretty good. Ze made popcorn which was yummy.
Now it's time for bed. My doctor's appointment is tomorrow.
