Lots of stuff

Well the big thing is I signed the lease. Oldest Brother came in the morning and we got a good bit of packing done, then I headed into the city for the signing. Which went less smoothly than I would have hoped, due to the real estate agency f-ing up on transferring my money to the building management company, but everything got done eventually.

Then on the way home I stopped at the Kid's and watered her plants. Then came home where Oldest Brother was still waiting and we went out to a celebratory dinner with mashfanficchick and her mother. Which was very nice.

The bad news is the FWiB is in very bad shape, hospitalized again. That's why I heard nothing for so long. *sigh*

Did nothing today

No packing. At all. I am disgusted with myself. Fortunately Oldest Brother is coming back tomorrow and hopefully we can get some work done.

Went to my meeting in the evening and ate first at Boston Market. The meeting was very good. Rode back with friends.

The news on the FWiB is mixed. His physical condition is serious, if he keeps drinking he will die due to his liver condition. But he says he's going to go into a rehab, I just don't know how he's going to afford it, or stay sober until he gets in. *sigh* Now his friends have gotten involved, and things are very complex.
