Therapy was cancelled this morning

And I didn't get informed til I got there. Bummer.

Work was OK, quiet as usual in the summer.

After work went to Boston Market for dinner and then tried to pick up the key for my meeting, only to discover that summer hours are in place and they aren't open after noon on Fridays. We had the meeting anyway, in our alternative meeting place and it was very good.

Gratitude List:

1. My meetings and the people there.

2. Air conditioning.

3. Sunflowers.

4. Today was payday.

5. Maybe have plans for tomorrow.

6. Two day weekend.
