I'm sick

It started last night with a scratchy throat, and today has turned into what appears to be a chest cold. Coughing and hacking badly. Got some cold stuff from the store on the way home and it seems to be helping.

Aside from that, I got a call this morning from a lead abatement inspector hired by the management company to take a look at my apartment. He wanted to come tomorrow, I made an appointment for Friday. Give me time to get this place bit more tidy. And truly its the best time for me to do it, my free day so I don't have to take time off work. When he left his message, I somehow heard "rat" instead of "lead", go figure, and got a bit panic-y, but when I listened to the message again I heard it right.

Went through Flushing after work to get cat food and cold medicine.

That's about all.
