Day in Manhattan once more

With mashfanficchick. Did Bryant Park, Grand Central, and Union Square, where we met up with her friend Larry. Hung out with him at Barnes and Noble, then I parted from them coming home, only to join up with them again for dinner in Queens at a diner, and a ride home with her mother.

Lovely day, very late. The Kid called a couple of times too.

Made it to work, seriously short of sleep

But I got there. And we had our Holiday Luncheon which was tasty. And then I did the gaming program with the teens which was surprisingly successful. And then I came home and took an unplanned nap, and was woken by my phone ringing. It was mashfanficchick's mother, who had gotten a postcard from the puzzle magazine I got her for Christmas notifying her of the fact. So that was nice.

And that was my day. The Electoral College did their thing, unsurprisingly.

3. Found a book with a Harry Dresden story in it I hadn't read that was in bad enough shape to be discarded, so I kept it.
